For a long time, I lived by a playbook I didn’t know I was holding.

My Journey To Living Deeply, Authentically, and Freely
It's hard to move through life when you feel lost, disconnected, and like every day requires everything you've got.
I know because I've lived it.
Looking back, I don't think my story began with anxiety or burnout. It began much earlier—with a quiet belief that if I worked hard enough, achieved enough, and became enough, eventually I'd feel the way I was searching to feel.
So I did what I knew how to do.
I worked hard.
I stayed disciplined.
I chased the next goal.
From the outside, it looked like I had it together.
What people couldn't see was how much effort it took just to keep going.
I became incredibly rigid with myself. At times, that rigidity would swing into binge eating, panic and anxiety attacks—not because I lacked discipline, but because I was trying to manage something I didn't yet understand.
That same pattern followed me into college and into my career. I kept believing the next accomplishment would finally bring the love, success, acceptance, validation, and fulfillment I was looking for.
For a while, that belief kept me moving.
Then I reached one of the milestones I had worked so hard for.
Along the way of reaching this goal, I always had a voice in my head that was questioning what i was doing yet i didn't know another way, or another version of myself to choose anything different.
For the first time, I allowed myself to consider what would happen if I let go of this goal, this life I was working so hard to not only create but manage.
I had been doing some inner work with a mentor and therapist along the way and knew why I had been chasing so hard in the first place - but it was still so scary for me to even consider what another life could look like for me.
Around that same time, I couldn't ignore what was happening beneath the surface anymore. I was living with constant anxiety. Relationships felt harder than they needed to. Each day I woke up feeling an emoitonal hangover.
For years, I thought I needed to try harder.
What I actually needed was to become more compassionate with myself.
To stop judging my reactions, stop trying to 'fix' myself, and start compassionately giving myself kindness.
That shift changed everything. Not all at once - little by little, over time I slowly learned a new way of being. I didn't throw away my ambition or stop caring about growth. I simply became more intentional about where that ambition was coming from.
Little by little, I let go of the pressure to constantly prove myself and started creating a life that reflected who I was—not just who I thought I needed to be.
Today, my life isn't perfect.
But it feels like mine.
There's more peace.
More freedom.
More presence.
More genuine connection—with myself and with the people I love.
I still believe in working hard.
I just no longer believe I have to earn my worth or postpone my life until the next milestone.
Through my training and experience I am a guide and coach for others.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what can happen when someone has a safe place to become curious, question old patterns with compassion, and discover that the life they've been searching for isn't found by becoming someone else—it's found by reconnecting with who they've been all along.

“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” — Maya Angelou

Philosophy & Approach
Patterns
Through the lens of compassionate Truth, I help you name the invisible rules you inherited. We look at the patterns in your life with curiosity, not judgment, to see how they've served you—and where they no longer fit.
Reconnect
Through small courageous steps, we build inner safety so you can hear your own voice again. By experiencing grounded, simple practices, I guide you to reconnect with your intuition and what you deeply value.
Authenticity
By redefining freedom and choice, create a life that feels like your own. I support you in rewriting your playbook, making intentional choices that resonate with who you are today, not who you were taught to be.
